Dan Cong Organic

Dan Cong, or Single Bush, is a celebrated category of Oolong tea from the Phoenix Mountains in China.

This tea is crafted by Mr. Huang, whose name, fittingly, echoes "Phoenix." The leaves are roasted and delicately twisted into beautiful, purple-hued twists, releasing a rich aroma with chocolaty, woody undertones. When steeped, the tea reveals unique honey notes, with layers of floral, woody, and roasted nut flavors. A true hug in a cup.

A delightful surprise is its vibrant color, shifting from a soft peach-rose to a stunning red.
