This is the remaining exclusive run of Dong Ding Oolong from Tsay Tea. It will not be available again until their launch later in Fall. It is only available in 30 gram increments and when gone it will be out of stock. This is hand-picked and processed directly by the Tsay family in Taiwan.
This tea is super accessible and sweet, with notes of puffed rice. It was noted from multiple tea professionals during tastings to be the perfect tea for traveling as it reminds them of home, coziness, or nostalgia. It is also incredibly forgiving and can be prepared 190-212F (roughly 90-100C) without bringing out bitter or overwhelming tannic notes and times can range from 3 to over 5 minutes. It is a hug in a cup.
