Japanese Earl Grey

Crafted by 3rd generation tea producer Mr. Hiroki Matsumoto, this exceptional tea combines black tea from the Matsumoto Estate in Shizuoka, Japan, with fragrant Italian bergamot.

Matsumoto employs Chagusaba, a traditional method where dried grasses from the surrounding fields are used as mulch to enrich the tea plants. This practice not only sustains the soil but also enhances the depth and character of the tea.
